Dear Friends of the Augustinians,

Months ago when we first heard of the Coronavirus in China, no one ever imagined the impact that it would have on the United States. Close to 250,000 Americans have died and over one million have contracted the disease. Unemployment has sky rocketed and many struggle to put food on the table.  Everyone’s lives have been impacted as a result of the pandemic, and the Province’s Advancement Office is no exception. We have been working from home for over ten weeks with no end in sight. Our engagement and fundraising activity came to an abrupt halt on March 13th. While we are moving forward with plans for next fiscal year, we are thinking more strategically and creatively. We will explore the use of various virtual formats  to stay connected to you. It won’t be business as usual, but we will do our best to engage you in the life of the Province.

One thing is for certain, the Augustinians continue to influence and shape lives through our schools, parishes and the friars’ ministries. This website is designed to allow you to connect and reconnect with those friars who’ve had an impact on your life by engaging in our events and being informed about the friars through our various communication channels.

Years ago, the friars earned salaries were enough to support their needs. However, with fewer friars working today and earning salaries, it has become necessary to secure other sources of funding to supplement the friars’ salaries. The Augustinian Fund was established in 2006 to secure a reliable source of annual funds to assist the Province in meetings its financial expenses. Here you will find information on how and the various ways in which to make a gift.
