Villanova and The Augustinians

The Augustinians mean so much to me and my family. We are a Villanova family. My parents, brothers and I all attended Villanova University. The Augustinians defiantly strengthened my devotion to God. Being a college student there are so many distractions but Sunday evening mass was so special to me. I looked forward to 10 pm mass every Sunday. No matter where I was or what I was doing I made sure I attended mass.

I graduated in 1998, and even today - 22 years later - I feel the love and I am flooded with special memories of being apart of such a special community of priests and educators.

I have a son age 14 and looking forward to having him also experience the love and joy of being apart of this community at St. Augustine Prep in NJ.

My brother Chris Soltis discerned a vocation with the Augustinians as an associate for many years. He now chairs the Advancement Council for the Augustinian fund. Father Jim McBurney has become a close family friend who has celebrated many life milestones with us.
